Educational Services’ extensive selection of technical training courses are designed to provide the knowledge and experience required to properly provision, administer, operate and/or maintain Tekelec's network systems products. This includes solutions for now and next generation signaling and business intelligence solutions provided by Tekelec’s EAGLE 5 ISS, IMS, IAS and Service Creation Systems.

The hands-on, task oriented nature of these courses provide the knowledge and skills necessary for immediate success in the real world - problems are identified and solved. While our training is targeted towards generic groups via standard needs and task analysis, the curriculum incorporates a modular design so that customers can tailor training to meet the specific needs of their personnel. All Tekelec courses are developed utilizing proven instructional system design (ISD) strategies.

General Class Information

• Classes begin at 8:30 am (Monday through Friday)
• Classes will end at 4:30 pm (Monday through Friday)
• Meals are the student's responsibility
• Business casual dress

Training Options
The majority of courses are taught at the Tekelec Training Center located in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) of North Carolina. Tekelec also offers a variety of other customized training solutions to meet the needs of its students, including e-Learning, on-the-job, delta, and special training events.
