Term	Message	Description
LSA	Link Status Alignment	Transmitted when the signaling link enters the Alignment in Progress (AIP) state
LSPN	Link Status Proving Normal	Sent periodically by the signaling link in the Proving state. Informs that normal proving is underway
LSPE	Link Status Proving Emergency	Sent periodically by the signaling link in the Proving state. Informs that emergency proving is underway
LSR	Link Status Ready	Sent at the end of the proving period and marks the signaling link state transition from Proving to Aligned-ready
LPO	Link Status Processor Outage	Informs the peer of local processor outage condition
LPOE	Link Status Processor Outage Ended	Informs the peer that a local processor outage condition has cleared
LSB	Link Status Busy	Informs the peer of recieve congestion
LSBE	Link Status Busy Ended	Informs the peer of recieve congestion abatement
LSO	Link Status Out of Service	Informs the peer that the link is no longer available for traffic and must be aligned and proved
